Fall Fairs & Festivals

With the kids back in school, it never seems to take long until we are raking leaves,
carving pumpkins and then hanging Christmas lights !

We are in for some very fine weather later this week and perhaps maybe two weeks,
so its a perfect time to enjoy just a few more events and outings while the weather allows,
before we seem to be shut in again for winter. Get out there!  Fall is beautiful in
Northumberland and Peterborough County!!!

The Port Hope Fair kicks off this weekend (Sept 12th to 15th).
Port Hope always has a great Fair (and Cobourg does not have one).
You can find it at 62 McCaul Street.

The Northumberland Festival of Arts also kicks off this Friday.
This 9 day event runs from Sept 13th to 21st and is hosted at various locations and
includes a variety of interesting topics, concerts and events (see our other NOFTA
event post on the blog with all the events listed). Northumberland is home to a large
number of artists of all different types and this event is highly anticipated and very
well attended!!  This event allows local residents to discover hidden gems, experience
new art, and honor local makers.

Christine Domina

Hi there! My name is Christine and I grew up in this area. I have been a Realtor over 15 years but when I’m not making my clients’ dreams come true, I enjoy spending my time doing anything on the water, gardening, going to the Farmers Market on Saturdays at Morrow Park or enjoying a Music Fest Concert at Del Crary Park. I currently live in Peterborough with my two pups, Theodore & Yogi. See you around town!

Let us keep you in the loop!
