After a slow 2024, the Market is showing signs of improvement. New listings have seen price increases, and while I’m not entirely convinced by the “expert” predictions of a full turn around, I do see positive momentum. I believe we’ll see steady improvements throughout the year, but not a sudden shift.
For Buyers, this is a great opportunity. Prices are very attractive right now, especially for First Time Home Buyers. Average pricing in some areas is lower now than since 3-5 years before the pandemic. Click to learn about our First Time Home Buyers Smart Program.
For those of you looking for a cottage escape or hoping to retire on the water, Waterfront properties are starting to hit the market now.
If you’re planning to sell this year, start preparing your home NOW. This will save you time and potential heartache later.
