Christine took her real estate course while going through cancer treatment — and came through it a survivor, determined to do this work the right way. A Mom of four and Nonni of four, she brings that same fierce, protective instinct to every client she looks after.

For nearly two decades she's helped Buyers and Sellers across Northumberland, Peterborough, Kawartha Lakes and parts of Durham — including a lot of waterfront. Before real estate, she was Sales & Marketing Director for major GTA builders and developers. Prior to that, Christine sold new homes for Builders, from blueprints and guided Buyers through construction process, so she reads a property from both the build side and the sale side the way few agents can. She's also the idea person behind Real Estate Smarts — building the calculators, guides and website tools that give her clients an edge.

Christine and Dan started their careers around the same time, at the same brokerage, went their separate ways, and have come back together — older, wiser, and with a lot more experience. It made sense to combine efforts, and their clients are better for it.

Dan brings 16+ years in real estate — ten as a Realtor, six as a Broker — plus 38 years of sales and business experience and senior roles in logistics. With degrees in architecture and structural design and deep construction know-how (septics, wells, sump pumps, waterfront), he handles residential, commercial and investment properties across Durham, Brock and parts of the Kawarthas.

If there's a problem hiding in a property, Dan is the one who'll find it — before it becomes yours.
